I had the pleasure and privilege to take photos of my future sister-in-law on the morning of her wedding. Bridget and her numerous, awesome bridesmaids started getting ready at 9:00AM at the Icon Salon in Canandaigua. The salon owner, Daisy, has been cutting/styling Sean’s mom and sisters’ hair for decades. It’s the most intense example of that hair stylist/client bond thing I’ve ever seen. And on this morning it was really sweet and really fun.
(Also, I’m experimenting with watermarking. These are a bit too big and boring, right?)

I. Sean’s mom, Sue, gets the full treatment. And rollers! II. Our nephew Sam, also known as Crash, stopped by the salon with his dad Rene to get his first haircut. He was a good sport! III. Speaking of good sports, junior groomsman Robert got his hair done and let me document it. IV. Erin & Sam have fun while Bridget’s step-daughter Courtney gets the most intricate up-do ever. V. And finally, the bride holding court under the hair dryer.

Magda - The watermark is much too big and it should be either flush to the photo or have the same margins all around. The generic font also bothers me.
I love the first photo & I love the photo with the boy & his expression. =)
whitney - Thanks, M. I agree with all your points about the watermark. The more I look at it the more I hate it!
Also, the more I look at these pics the more I want to chill out with my lightroom editing. I feel like I’m overdosing on photo effects/presets.
