On December 23rd I had the privilege to stand up in my friend Natalie’s wedding. We’ve known each other since kindergarten and have been best of friends for almost as long. I was also privileged to capture the “before” moments of her wedding day: breakfast, the hair salon, and the hotel where we got ready. I love you, Nat!

I. Natalie at the hotel, her dress hanging behind her. I loved her gown, it was gorgeous. II. The bling. The red scarf her jewelry is resting on were worn by the three of us bridesmaids. III. Me in the chair at Michelle on Elmwood. IV. Angel did both Natalie and Karen’s hair, and was great. Highly recommend him. V. The bridal shoes.

We parked on the U.S. side and walked across the Rainbow Bridge, one of my favorite ways to see the Falls.
I. A fall morning on the lake during our 4th Annual Team Retreat. Rebecca, Teresa, and Eric soaked up the sun and read the paper for a couple hours. It was really gorgeous that weekend. II. Another shot from that weekend, this time of Rebecca’s Pioneer Woman pasta salad. Delicious. III. Boats in the harbor, Canandaigua NY. IV. Bananagrams FTW. I love word games. V. I am loving my new flower boxes. These ones my mother designed.

Once again, owner Prish Moran outdid herself. This might be my favorite place to photograph. (II) My mom and one of the Cooney 2010 campaign mascots at Sean’s announcement. (III) The dessert table with the cafe’s bar in the background. We had chocolate covered strawberries, chocolate covered popcorn, cheesecake, brownies, cookies. It was delicious. I felt hungover on sugar the next morning. (IV) Sean at his announcement. I’m so proud. (V) Cream puffs! Cream puffs! Cream puffs!
